- Fryer with tap.

- Made entirely of stainless steel.

- Welded tank, with rounded edges to facilitate cleaning and bottom inclined towards the tap to easily extract used oil.

- The head is rotatable and removable, to facilitate cleaning.

- General switch on and off.

- The safety microswitch prevents heating of the resistance when the head is turned or incorrectly positioned.

- Work thermostat (adjustable up to 190ºC) and safety thermostat (210ºC), with manual reset.

- Luminous indicators of connection to the network and oil heating.

- Provided with contactor.

- Equipped with a timer with an audible alarm at the end of the programmed time.

- It has 2 baskets.

- Removable grid on the resistance to facilitate cleaning.

- Equipped with height adjustable legs.

- Supplied with a stainless lid that prevents oil from getting dirty when the machine is off.
