HARD MASS CUTTER CM-D

- CM-D is a cutter for products with hard dough, with stumbling (dry fruit and various grains), semi-final and the like, which cannot be cut with manual guitars.

- The frame with the steel cut threads is fixed, with a diagonal angle with respect to the product, which is pushed into the frame itself to be cut. In this way, the threads are

  always at the right angle and they are able to cut harder products.

- Base dimensions: 40x40 cm.

- Crank drive.

- Interchangeable racks with different distances between wires, multiples of 5 mm, 15 to 100 mm.

- Easily removable to facilitate cleaning operations.
