HARD DOUGH CUTTER CMD-MINI

- CM-D is a cutter for products with hard dough, with bumps (dried fruit and various grains), semi-freddos and the like, which cannot be cut with manual guitars.

- The frame with the steel cutting wires is fixed, with a diagonal angle with respect to the product, which is pushed towards the frame itself to be cut. In this way, the wires

  are always at the correct angle and harder products can be cut.

- Dimensions of the base: 25x25 cm.

- Crank operation.

- Interchangeable frames with different distances between the wires, multiples of 5 mm, from 15 to 100 mm.

- Easily removable to facilitate cleaning operations.

- Frames available: 15 - 20 - 25 - 30 - 35 - 40 - 45 - 50 - 55 - 60 - 65 - 70 - 75 - 80 - 85 - 90 - 95 - 100 mm
