CH-S PUFF PASTRY CUTTER

- CH-S bakery cutter, is formed by a solid aluminum base and stainless steel racks that allow cutting chocolate chocolate fillings, mass sheet, ganache, semi-finals and pastry

  products with soft mass.

- It is available in 3 different versions: mini, simple and double.

- CH-P and CH-S allow you to cut chocolate chocolate fillings in one direction (the product must be turned successively to obtain squares and rectangles).

- The CH-D allows you to cut the product into two directions, which is immediately obtained rectangles and perfect squares.

- The CH-P is supplied with two racks with 22.5 mm and 30 mm of distance between cables.

- The CH-S and CH-D can be customized by choosing between 5 interchangeable stainless steel racks with 37.5 mm, 30 mm, 22.5 mm, 15 mm and 7.5mm away between

  cables.

- They are provided with a practical rotating support for stainless steel cakes and a game to replace cables.

- It is not indicated for frozen or hard dough products.
