- Our 30, 50 and 60 liter capacity cream cookers are ideal for small and medium-sized workshops.

- These are extremely versatile machines, ideal for small and medium-sized productions, both for pastry products (creams, smoothies

  yolks with sugar, jams, milk candies, dilute chocolate) as well as for gastronomic products (bechameles, sauces, croquette dough,

  cannelloni dough etc…).

- They can also be used in other applications, such as in the cosmetics or chemical sectors, even in the wine sector.

- Our cream cookers or also called cream cookers, made entirely of stainless steel, have a two-speed stirrer

  with specially designed curtain scrapers, located on the side and bottom to prevent the product from sticking.
