  DESCRIPTION:

- The fryer is made up of a body that includes the oil tank, a control panel with electric resistance, a frying basket with heat-insulating handle and lid.

- The control panel includes a green pilot light that indicates connected current and a red pilot light that indicates the operation of the resistance.

- The control panel incorporates a thermostat-switch to regulate the cooking temperature.

- To prevent the frying oil from reaching an excessive temperature, the fryer is fitted with a safety thermostat with a protected reset button, located on the

  control panel.

- The fryer has an area at the bottom of the frying tank called "Cold area" and which serves to prevent frying residues from burning, which ensures the

  following advantages:

- Prevents the oil from overheating too soon

- Increase the oil use time using the same amount.

- Fried products have a higher quality and are healthier.

- To discharge the oil from the fryer, it includes a pressure tap.
