- The CH-10S centrifuge is a semi-automatic device used for the production of fresh egg dough.

- Production of fresh egg dough, capacity 4000 eggs / hour

- Contains ball bearings.

- Reduces the volume of the case by 70%. Recovers 98% of the egg mass remaining in the shells.

- The centrifuge is electronically balanced.

- It is forbidden to wash the machine with high pressure water.

- The  centrifuge is semi-automatic.

- The machine consists of a housing, power unit, tank and two sieves: internal and external.

- A duty cycle is 210 eggs.

- Every 210 eggs, the shells should be sprayed, after which you can continue with the break.
