Integrated ergonomic handle on the entire height of the door:
Doors equipped with hinges with automatic return system and opening fixing at 100º, except model BC-03-11 E.
It incorporates support-guides in stainless steel AISI-304 18/10, removable without the need for tools, to facilitate cleaning.
Built according to the HACCP directive and manufactured according to CE standards.
Blast chilling cycle: + 90º to 3ºC.
