- The oblique arm kneader is a robust and silent machine, specially designed for kneading delicate doughs.

- The special design of our fork and our trough allows obtaining a very well oxygenated dough extremely quickly, without heating the dough at all.

- Thanks to its kneading system we achieve a very high quality in the final product.

- This type of kneading machine performs a kneading system that adapts perfectly to both hard doughs in the first speed and soft doughs in the second.

- Equipped with a stainless steel trough and a die-cast aluminum fork, it has a two-speed motor. It also has an adjustable brake to control the trough

  speed and 2 speeds.

- The slow speed is used in the pre-kneading phase and also for the kneading of hard doughs (between 40 to 45% water).

- The second speed, which is faster, is usually used for kneading softer doughs (between 60 to 80% hydration).

- Available with fixed trough and with removable trough, we manufacture capacities from 25 to 240Kg of dough.
